She is currently studying composition at the Amsterdam Conservatory of Music with Richard Ayres and Willem Jeths.

Noura usually uses Iranian traditional music and Iranian melodies in her composition and combines it with Western music in contemporary ways and styles.

In 2022, Noura won 1st prize at the YWCC (Young Women's Composition Competition, Illinois United States) in the 15-18 age category with her piece “Fahkteh” (Common Cuckoo).
