Ze richt zich op het schrijven van muziek voor akoestische instrumenten, waarbij ze de subtiele klankkleurmogelijkheden van diverse instrumenten onderzoekt en hedendaagse muziek toegankelijk wil maken voor een breed publiek. In 2025 gingen haar werken in premi\u00e8re in Casa da M\u00fasica (Porto), Casa do Infante (Porto) en het Van Gogh Museum (Amsterdam). Haar muzikale loopbaan begon als trompettiste aan het Conservatorium van Torres Vedras, in de klas van professor David Santos. In 2023 startte ze haar compositiestudie aan de Escola Superior de M\u00fasica e Artes do Espet\u00e1culo (ESMAE), waar ze in 2026 haar bachelordiploma behaalde. Ze studeerde daar onder anderen bij \u00c2ngela da Ponte, Carlos Azevedo, Daniel Moreira, Dimitrios Andrikopoulos en Pedro Santos. Tijdens haar studie verbleef ze een semester aan het Conservatorium van Amsterdam in het kader van het Erasmus-programma; daar werkte ze samen met componisten als Jorrith Taminga, Maya Verlaak, Richard Ayres, Thomas Larcher en Willem Jeths. Als componiste concentreert ze zich op muziek voor akoestische instrumenten, met een bijzondere voorliefde voor kamermuziekensembles. In 2024 gingen haar stukken \u201cDo outro lado\u201d (voor koperkwintet) en \u201cyet the snow is still falling\u201d (voor klein ensemble) in premi\u00e8re. In 2025 presenteerde ze het ensemblewerk \u201cNaufr\u00e1gio de uma Ilus\u00e3o\u201d \u2013 een compositie over thema\u2019s als verlies en het leven in een illusie \u2013 dat in premi\u00e8re ging aan de ESMAE. Datzelfde jaar ontving ze een opdracht van RTP\/Antena 2 in het kader van de \u2018Pr\u00e9mio Jovens M\u00fasicos\u2019 (Prijs voor Jonge Musici); hiervoor schreef ze \u201cSolil\u00f3quio\u201d voor hoorn solo, dat in premi\u00e8re ging in Casa da M\u00fasica. Daarnaast nam ze deel aan het project \u201cEast Meets West\u201d, waarvoor ze het stuk \u201cThe Fear\u201d schreef \u2013 een werk voor ensemble en qanun dat in premi\u00e8re ging in Casa do Infante in Porto. Dit werk is gebaseerd op passages uit het boek \u201cThe Fear\u201d van Maria Hesse, waarin alledaagse situaties worden verkend die angst oproepen. In Amsterdam nam ze deel aan diverse projecten, waaronder een gezamenlijke compositie waarbij een geluidsstuk werd gecre\u00eberd bij het schilderij \u201cThe Yellow Hill\u201d, als onderdeel van de tentoonstelling \u201cYellow\u201d. Haar werk verkent thema\u2019s die verband houden met menselijke emoties en gevoelens, waarbij ze met haar muziek altijd een breed publiek probeert te bereiken.
